At our organization, we understand the vital role that a support network plays in the lives of our service users. We invite families to join us for special days where their loved ones can showcase their achievements and celebrate with us. We are committed to keeping you informed about your loved one's daily activities and future plans, ensuring you feel connected and involved. Additionally, we welcome families to participate in care meetings, where we can collaboratively create personalized care plans and discuss any areas where support may be needed.

Training and development

We want to share our commitment to ongoing learning. While we will always fulfill our standard mandatory training requirements, we have decided to broaden our training opportunities for all staff. This means that we are eager to learn about various topics that can enhance our skills and improve our service delivery. If you would like to see an overview of our current training programs, we would be more than happy to provide that information. Furthermore, we highly value your suggestions and insights. If you believe there are specific types of training that could benefit our team and, ultimately, our service users, please do not hesitate to let us know. We are always open to exploring new learning opportunities that contribute to our growth and effectiveness in serving our community!

In time we would like to have an app designed to keep you connected throughout the day!  within this app you’ll be able to view pictures and updates that showcase daily activities and achievements. We aim to create an interactive space where you can comment on posts and stay informed about meals, drinks, and exciting outings. This is our vision, and we’re committed to bringing it to life!
